Q: What are PAS, Pulp Art Surfaces, wall skins made from?
A: They’re made from 100% recycled newspaper, cardboard and wood chips so they’re recyclable, safe to work with, Green Dot compliant and conform to ISO 14000 standards.
Q: How durable are they?
A: PAS wall skins are approximately 3/16 inch thick so they’re extremely durable. They don’t crack when they’re cut or stapled and they have a cushioning effect.
Q: Are PAS wall skins safe and easy to work with?
Yes! PAS wall skins are free of toxins and fire rated. Due to the thickness, they can be mitered and sanded. They have pre-trimmed finger joints, are flexible, strong and lightweight.
Q: How do they hold up to paint and/or water aging?
A: Our product paints well with any paint product. There’s no need for a primer, they have great adhesion and hold up well with water aging.
Q: How many designs does PAS have available?
A: We currently have seven designs available: “Not So” Common Brick, “Exposed” Alley Brick, “Exposed” Alley Brick, “Very” Cut Stone, “New” New York Brick, “Recast” Cement Block, “Reformed” River Rock and a Flagstone. Our complete catalog will include a wide variety of wall skins, including Marble Textures, Anaglyptas and many more Brick and Stone Textures.
